Kelmarfurn strives to meet and exceed your highest expectations with every item we sell and the customer service we provide. We understand that making a selection from a screen may not be an easy decision. If for any reason you need to cancel your order or make a return, we hope to make the process as simple as possible for you.

Kelmarfurn accepts returns for any reason at any time within 30 days of receipt, provided that the returned furniture item is in the same condition as when it was delivered. All products with any damage are not eligible for return. For example, the cabinets are peeled, damaged, sofas are damaged, chairs are deformed, etc. Anything that does not conform to the good products we shipped, we do not support returns or exchanges.

Product warranty period

All our products are guaranteed for 1 year, but you need to provide proof of warranty. The warranty date starts when you receive the goods. So please keep the warranty that was sent with your product, we can also repair your product for a fee if lost. The cost of sending the repaired product back to the company is your responsibility, and we will bear the cost of returning it.

If there is any problem with the product when you receive it, such as:

  • Paint peeling on furniture products.
  • Product parts are missing.
  • The sofa and other products’ table cushions are damaged.
  • Product color discoloration, etc.

We will ship the damaged part to you free of charge, or reship it at no cost to you. However, please note that you need to provide relevant video or photo vouchers, and please make a record of unpacking when receiving the goods.

If you receive a product that is not as expected such as the wrong color or model selection, we accept returns, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return.

Please first contact our online customer service kerit. All returns without prior communication will not be processed.

Complete the returns Form provided in your package and include it with your return. If you have misplaced the original paperwork, please write down the original  order number and item(s) being returned and enclose it in your package;

Things to keep in mind when returning packages:

Do not remove any hangtags. Any returned items without hangtags will not be eligible for a refund;

Use the original mailing bag/box to return the item(s) and securely seal to keep the item(s) safe;

Always obtain and keep the tracking information from your post office or chosen carrier for your return.

What if I want to cancel my order?

Within 30 minutes after the order payment is successful, the user can cancel the order in the order details. After canceling the order, the payment amount will be credited back to your payment account within one to two business days. The exact time depends on your payment method, please be patient. If the order is successfully paid for 30 minutes, the order cannot be canceled because the order has already been processed and the package cannot be recalled. Please understand that.

We will process it for you as soon as possible, if it has not been processed for more than 24 hours please contact Customer Service kerit.

When will the refunded amount be credited?

Usually 1-2 business days, the exact time depends on your payment method. If it is overdue, please contact us.
